Fitted on houses, conservatories, shops and offices across Kent and Surrey. The film rejects solar heat and glare while you keep the view out, and it blocks up to 99% of UV. Prices from £50/m², labour and materials included.

Solar control window film is the job we fit most often on south- and west-facing glass. A bay, a patio door or a conservatory that is comfortable at 9am can be too hot to use by mid-afternoon. The film sits on the glass and turns away a large share of the sun's heat before it enters the room, so fans and air conditioning have less work to do.
It is not a blackout. Lighter grades stay close to clear, which is what most homes want when the view matters. Stronger reflective grades reject more heat and add daytime privacy, which suits a shopfront or a screen-heavy office. We bring samples to the free survey so you can compare them on your own glass rather than from a photograph.
Glare is the other half of the same problem. Kitchen worktops, till screens and monitors facing a bright window become hard to use even when the room itself is not especially hot. Anti-glare film can cut that reflected light by up to 90% without closing the blinds for the rest of the day.
On a house, the usual panes are the lounge bay, the kitchen that faces the garden, children's bedrooms that sit in the sun after school, and any conservatory that gets packed away from June to September. UV blocking also slows fading on timber floors, rugs and furniture that sit in the same patch of sun every day.
On a commercial building we schedule the install around opening hours. Offices with floor-to-ceiling glass, showrooms and shopfronts use the same films, usually a grade chosen for screen glare as much as for temperature. A typical home is finished in one visit. Larger glazed elevations are planned so staff can keep working.
If you are comparing this with buying a roll of film online, the difference is the fit. We measure each pane, prepare the glass, and install so the film is the thing you stop noticing. The Film Finder narrows the shade. The survey confirms it, and the quote is fixed before anything is booked.
Coverage is centred on Kent and Surrey, with town pages for Medway, Maidstone and the surrounding area on the areas we cover. If your town is not listed yet, ask anyway — we quote across the region.
Not if you choose a lighter shade. We bring samples to the survey so you can see heat rejection against how much visible light you want to keep. Many homes use a light or moderate film on south-facing glass and leave north-facing windows clear.
No. This is a measured, professionally fitted install. We cut the film to each pane, including shaped and leaded glazing where the film allows it, and the price includes labour and materials from £50/m².
Yes. Conservatory roofs and large patio doors are two of the most common solar-control jobs we do across Kent, because that is where the afternoon heat builds up first.
